• Student & Guardian Identity: Full name, guardian contact number, WhatsApp number, email address, and school affiliation.
• Academic Records: Enrolled Cambridge (CAIE) or Pearson Edexcel subjects, batch assignments, attendance records, mock exam scores, and quiz performance.
• Board Exam Candidacy: Passport copy details, candidate UCI numbers, and previous syllabus credentials for official British Council exam entries.
• Transaction Data: Payment verification details (bKash, Nagad, bank slip transaction IDs, and receipt references). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

• Scheduling free trial classes and batch slot reservations.

The majority of our students are under the age of 18 preparing for O Level and A Level board examinations. We prioritize parental consent:

Guardians have the right at any time to review their student's educational profile, request corrections to contact details, or receive detailed attendance and payment audit logs by contacting our academic coordinators.

5Security & Storage Protection

Your information is stored in encrypted enterprise cloud databases (Google Cloud Firebase & Supabase) utilizing role-based access control. Only authorized academic coordinators, verified faculty, and executive managers have access to student information strictly on a need-to-know basis.

6Cookies & Device Storage

Our application uses necessary session cookies and local storage tokens to preserve your login session, dark mode preference, and offline study materials in our Progressive Web App (PWA). We do not sell your browsing activity or share it with third-party advertisers.
