Jesmin Akter, also known as Esmi, is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of 3G Coaching Hub, working alongside Dimitri Marco, Founder & Business Architect of 3G Coaching Hub, in shaping the organization’s academic direction, operational development, and long-term vision.

As a member of the core leadership of 3G Coaching Hub, Jesmin Akter contributes to the development of an organized and student-focused educational environment for English-medium learners. Her role combines executive responsibility, academic coordination, operational oversight, and participation in the continued growth of the 3G Coaching Hub ecosystem.

Jesmin works closely with Dimitri Marco on initiatives designed to connect students and parents with structured academic opportunities, qualified teachers, coaching programs, learning resources, examination support, and other educational services.
